Mirage

Getting Start:

Your Mirage will arrive in travel mode to prevent it from turning on or charging during transit.

To deactivate travel mode, press and hold the power button for three seconds until you feel two quick pulses. To reactivate travel mode, simply press and hold the power button again until you feel those two pulses.

Mirage comes with a partial charge, though it may have depleted slightly over time. Before your first use, please fully charge your device for two hours.

Charging:

For Mirage to charge, make sure the charging plug is fully inserted into the device's port. The light will fade in and out when Mirage is charging and it will shine brightly when complete. We recommend charging via a USB adapter (1A minimum) plugged in to a wall outlet. If the outlet that you try does not light up the mirage button, try using a different outlet.

After cleaning, allow Mirage to dry completely prior to charging. For optimal charging, use the charging cord provided with Mirage. Do not charge Mirage for longer than 3 hours.

Charging time: To reach a full charge will take between 1.5–2 hours.

Runtime: At highest speed: 1–1.5 hours. At lowest speed: 1.5–2 hours.

Mirage is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. The device's battery (like all rechargeable batteries) becomes less effective with usage. If used weekly, we recommend replacing every year. If used more frequently, we recommend replacing sooner. To preserve the lifespan of your battery, charge fully after each use.

Using Mirage:

To make things simple, there’s a single button to controls your device's on/off function and 5-speed vibration setting.
Press the button once to turn it on and the LED light will go on—this is the lowest setting.
Press again to get to the next setting and continue pressing to cycle up to the fifth and highest vibration. Press again to cycle back through to the lowest setting. The light will increase in brightness with each vibration level.

To turn off Mirage, press and hold the button down for longer than one second. The LED light will go out when it’s off. When the device needs to be charged, its battery light will blink.

Cleaning & Storage：

To keep your device in top condition, clean it before and after each use. Use mild, unscented soap and water, a silicone-safe cleaner, or our Clean sanitizing spray.

Store your device in your SoSé pouch or separately from other toys, as contact between different materials can cause damage over time.

Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures.

Lubricant Compatibility
We recommend pairing Mirage with our organic or warming lubricants, or any water-based lubricant of your choice. Please avoid silicone or oil-based lubricants, as these can degrade the silicone.

Water Resistance
Mirage is water-resistant and safe for use in the shower or bath, but it should not be fully submerged.

how often should I charge Mirage?

We recommend charging Mirage after every use for optimal life span.

can I use Mirage with lubricant?

Yes, we recommend using Mirage with organic lubricant, warming lubricant, or any other water-based lubricant of your choice. Avoid use with silicone or oil-based lubricants as it will degrade your device's silicone exterior.

is Mirage waterproof?

Mirage is water-resistant and can be used in the shower and bath. The device should not be fully submerged.
